Visiting our Admissions Welcome Center is your opportunity to learn more about American University (AU). From the classroom, campus life, internships, and study abroad, you will get to KNOW AU and see how we use inquiry, discovery, and knowledge to serve the greater good. You'll participate in an information session presented by one of our admissions professionals.
Most, but not all, visits include a guided campus tour led by a current AU student ambassador; when you register, please confirm that your visit includes a tour; reservations are required.
Please Note: Tours for the spring 2018 semester will begin on January 22 and conclude Saturday, April 28. Tours will
not be available March 12–16. Summer tours will begin May 29.
