Artist Talk: Lynette Yiadom-Boakye

Lynette Yiadom-Boakye, a London-based artist, will speak about her work. Yiadom-Boakye has shown work internationally in solo exhibitions including the Jack Shaniman Gallery, New York; the Chisenhale Gallery, London; and the Corvi-Mora, London. She has been included in many group exhibitions including 'The Progress of Love' at the Menil Collection, Houston and 'The Future Generation Art Prize Exhibition' at the Pinchuk Art Centre, Kiev, Ukraine. Her work is included in many public collections including the Arts Council Collection, London; Tate Collection, London; Nasher Museum of Art, Durham, North Carolina; and the Studio Museum in Harlem, New York; among others. Additional awards include the Arts Foundation Award for Painting and the deciBel Award for Visual Arts.
