The Career Center will host the White House Office of Presidential Correspondence for an information session on Wednesday, January 30, 4:00 p.m. to 5:00 p.m., in MGC 245.
The Office of Presidential Correspondence drafts and produces presidential proclamations, messages, and greetings, and operates the White House Comment Line. The office also provides the President with daily samples of constituent mail to keep him apprised of the concerns and ideas of the American people.
A representative will discuss the Correspondence Associates Volunteer Program. The office is currently seeking applicants for the summer program. The application deadline is February 8.
