AU has more than 10,000 undergraduate and graduate students. All 50 states, the District of Columbia, Puerto Rico, the territories, and more rhan 140 nations are represented in the student body. Countries with the largest number of students enrolled at AU are Japan, Saudi Arabia, the Republic of Korea, India, China, Turkey, France, Taiwan, United Arab Emirates, Thailand, and Colombia.

Committed to Community Service

57% of AU’s undergraduate and 40% of graduate students participate in significant community service by the time they graduate.

Ready for the Real World! 80% of AU undergraduate students and 60% of graduate students complete at least one internship or other experiential education experience by graduation.

Global-minded and Independent

Virtually all AU students graduate with at least two years of study in a non-native language, and more than 600 AU students study abroad annually. AU students can be found in over 50 locations in Africa, Asia, Australia, Europe, the Middle East, and South America. AU also has the largest School of International Service in the United States.
