About 1/3 of all internships are found through postings. Another third are found through networking, and another third are created by students and proposed to employers! For further guidance or suggestions, students can make appointments with their internship advisors every weekday and two evenings a week. The Career Center's resources include:

• AU CareerWeb is the place where students can find full-time, part-time jobs and internships posted just for AU students.
• Students can register for the Job and Internship Fairs and Networking Receptions, and research the list of participating employers.

• Students can sign up for employer information sessions and on-campus interviews.

• Interactive tools, such as the AU ResumeBuilder to develop resumes, and Virtual Mock Interview to practice interview skills.

• AU's inCircle Online Community allows students to interact and request career information from AU alumni.
