American University Key Executive Leadership Programs in Washington, DC is pleased to announce the 2013 GCC Annual Roundtable on e-Government Initiatives: Leading Strategic Change and Transition. The Roundtable is designed to increase the capacity of GCC senior executives to deliver the intended impacts of e-government—better service provision, improved efficiency and greater engagement with citizens—and avoid the common failures. Accepting the notion that there is no single correct approach to e-government, the pan-Arab discourse generated from the Roundtable discussion will be vital for all GCC senior executives who have a major role in ensuring that the barriers of e-government are overcome and successful customization and implementation of e-government services in their respective countries is achieved.
