Combined Bachelors/Masters

You may earn both a bachelor's and a master's degree in a planned program of study during the third and fourth undergraduate years and first graduate year. If you are interested in applying to a combined program, consult with your advisor and other faculty members before formal application is begun.

To Apply

You should have an overall 3.00 (on a 4.00 scale) grade point average, although actual admission to a master's program is established by the teaching unit to which you are applying. Request a graduate application from AU's Office of International and Graduate Admissions or complete the application on line by visiting the admissions web site.

Six graduate credit hours may be applied to the requirements for both your undergraduate and graduate degrees. If your graduate program requires more than 36 credit hours, the number of hours you can apply to both degrees may be increased.
