Public Health Career Night

Students passionate about public health are invited to participate in a panel discussion with Professor Jody Gan from the Department of Public Health, students from the Public Health program, and professionals currently working in the field of public health. Receive career-related tips and advice from professionals who have launched diverse and rewarding careers.

Darya Afanaseva, M.P.H. - health communications associate at the American Institutes for Research for their Health and Social Development Program
Meg Carr (B.S. '15) - safe & health families team member at The National Association of County and City Health Officials
Whitney Goldman, M.P.H. - monitoring and evaluation specialist for USAID previously working for Helen Keller International as a program officer.
Bryan Schaaf, M.P.H.- U.S. Department of State's Bureau of Population, Refugees, and Migration
Alyia Smith-Parker, M.P.H. - senior associate for the Health and Wellness at the National League of Cities’ Institute for Youth, Education, and Families
