    • We are in the process of working through some post-occupancy issues in the halls but their volume seem to be way down from previous years
    • WASA has indicated the water they tested has been below the EPA action levels for several reporting periods.  We have completed a series of water tests and await the report of results.

      • Final panting and clean up is being completed and the sod is knitting well.

    • Materials needed to fabricate uni-sex restroom signs are on order and expected to arrive in mid-October.
    • We have begun a night shift to focus on classroom set up and maintenance and so far we have been able to reduce the time it takes to deal with class room problems and we have received fewer call from those using class rooms.

    Anderson

    • The roof replacement schedule is under review

    Asbury

    • We are reviewing an engineering report on the piping replacement in the south and west wings of the building.   Once we have decisions about the scope of work we will begin to work with tenants on a schedule for the work.
    • The new emergency generator has been ordered and is expected to arrive in mid October.  The job will require at last one outage that will be scheduled with everyone in the building.
    • We are developing the schedule for changes to FM and FA work space in the Asbury lower level to complete the work this summer.   Disruption to others is expected to be minimal.

    Bender Library

    • We have a tentative schedule for next summer to replace Library front doors
    • We await a proposal for a new waste water pumping system Once a scope is determined we will work with staff to schedule the work

    Centennial

    • Centennial will be off line next summer for restoration.  We will begin work soon on the scope of work with Housing and Residence Life and Welcome Center Staff
    • Welcome Center
      • We are in the process of evaluating the HVAC system for this area of the building

    Katzen

    • Working with the folks in the gallery and with staff from OUA to investigate the source of water leaks into the gallery.

    Kogod

    • We are beginning to develop a tentative schedule for the replacement of carpet in the building to be accomplished over winter break

    Hamilton

    • The engineers are creating drawings for the work that will be bid out in a couple of weeks.  We anticipate being able to start work by mid-October but will work with staff in the building to schedule the actual work.

    Leonard Hall

    • Cleaning and repairs to lounge furniture is being scheduled

    Mary Graydon Center

    • We are developing a project to connect the MGC/Sports Center chilled water loop to the main quad chilled water loop.  This project will require some short duration AC outages and will not happen this summer.

     Medial Production Center/Transmitter Building

    • The engineer’s assessment of what will be supported by the generator is complete and they are finalizing equipment selection and a scope of work to be sent out to potential contractors.  Once we have the right sequence of steps we will work with the building occupants on a project schedule
    • Plant material installation on the new green roof is scheduled to take place next week, weather permitting
