Step Conversions
Your pedometer works whenever you are taking steps. For activities other than walking, use the Step Conversion Chart posted under Forms on the right hand side of the screen. Simply find your chosen activity on the chart and multiply the number of steps listed by the number of minutes you participated in the selected activity.
For the most accurate measure, we suggest removing your pedometer while participating in any non-walking activity. Simply use the step conversion chart and add the total to your daily step count.
