Frank Armour

Assistant Professor Department of Information Technology

Dr Armour has over 25 years of extensive experience in both the practical and academic aspects applying advanced information technology analytics. He has taught, led initiatives on, and performed research in: Business analytics, database, big data, enterprise architectures, business and requirements analysis, and Agile System Development Cycle Development (SDLC). He is the faculty program director for the MS in Analytics degree. He is a Certified ScrumMaster, a Certified Business Analysis Professional (CBAP™) and has an ITIL Foundation Certification (v3). He is the coauthor of the book, Advanced Use Case Modeling, Addison Wesley and the forthcoming book: Obtaining Value From Big Data for Service Delivery, Business Expert Press.
