The Kogod School of Business offers students (non-BSBA majors) the option to enhance their undergraduate course of study by declaring an undergraduate minor in a business discipline.

Students selecting to add an undergraduate minor from Kogod must complete a minimum of 18-22 credit hours, depending on the discipline.

Kogod's undergraduate business minors offer students an excellent opportunity not only to enhance their knowledge and professional capabilities but also to expand their career possibilities.

To declare a business minor, you must first declare your major by contacting your major advisor.

After declaring your major, you may then email ksbadvising@american.edu with the following information:

1. Full Name
2. AU ID
3. The minor you would like to declare
