The Johnson collection includes autographed copies of Faulkner's novels, short stories and one play given by the author to Paul Johnson, the donor's grandfather.

Included in this collection are Faulkner's Pulitzer Prize winning novel, A Fable, and the prize certificate as well as the first French edition of Les Palmiers Sauvage, and several compilations of short stories such as New Orleans Sketches.
