The music collection is provided principally to support the University curricula. Therefore borrowing privileges are primarily given to the AU community. Non-AU community users are welcome to use our collection on-site.

Loan Periods

Music Scores:

• Students - 3 weeks
• Faculty & Staff - 4 weeks

Music CDs:

• Students (5 CDs max) - 1 week
• Faculty & Staff - 4 weeks

DVDs:

• Students, Faculty, & Staff (2 DVDs max.) - 3 days

Camcorders:

• Students, Faculty, & Staff - 3 days

Headphones & Metronomes:

• Students, Faculty, & Staff - 4 hours

Reserve Items:

• Students, Faculty, & Staff - 3 hours
• Reserve renewals can only be made in person.

Fines

• Music Scores & CDs: $0.25 / day (max of $15)
• Reserve Items: $3.00 / hour, pro-rated to $0.05 / minute
