Copies for your sessions:  Remember to let us help you prepare for your sessions. Bring handouts, practice tests or other resource material that you need for students to the front desk in Mary Graydon and identify yourself as an SI Leader. We need 24 hours to complete your requests.

October 14 or October 15—Peer Observations; Encouraging Attendance; Analyzing a Task: What? Why? How?

Meeting #3
October 28 or October 29—Visualizing or Look at Me I'm Making Mental Pictures and Remembering More; The Power of Background Knowledge

Meeting #4
November 11 or November 12--Strategies for Helping Students Prepare for Exams; Time Management

Meeting #5
November 18 or November 19--The Semester in Review: Effectively Communicating with Professors, Students, and SI Staff in the ASC; Planning for Spring 2010

Meeting #6
December 2--The End of the Semester: A Celebration for Supplemental Instruction Leaders

Peer Observation Reminders
Peer Observation #1 should be completed no later than October 15.  

Peer Observation #2 should be completed no later than November 18.  

Sign-in Sheet Due Dates
Turn in any sign-in sheets that you have at least twice monthly.
