I thought I had a pretty open mind before I started college but now as an alumni, I realize how much my time at AU has expanded my perspective toward the world. Since graduating from AU, I have moved to Oslo, Norway and am currently studying Norwegian while job searching.

I am always happy to find that many Norwegians have heard of American University and comment on it being a good school.  I credit AU's known name to its great network of students and alumni around the world. My biggest advice is to stay in touch! Having an international network of friends and contacts is a nice reminder that the world isn't so big after all :)
