How to Apply

Participant Applications

1. Step One: Decide which trip you want to apply to.

2. Create a new profile for online application. (Mac users-please fill out on PC.)

2. Verify email address and profile information.

3. Complete application and short essay questions.

4. Deadline: November 16, 2009.

5. You will be contacted via email by Student Trip Leaders to sign up for an interview.

6. You will be notified via email by your Student Trip Leaders by December 1, 2009.

7. Please confirm your participation on trip by logging back in to online application site.


 

All Participants Must Fill Out These Required Forms: (Winter Trip Forms Due 11/5)

Consent & Release Form.

Health Insurance Info Form.

These need to be filled out by all trip participants and leaders, including staff/faculty.

Everyone on the trip must fill out both forms. Return completed forms with signature, passport copy and copy of health insurance card to Shoshanna Sumka in the Community Service Center. Mary Graydon 273.
