To set up your new voicemail box, once you have been migrated, follow the below instructions:

1. From your desk phone, dial x3800 to setup your mailbox greeting and password.
   
   Please Note: If calling from off-campus, dial 202-885-3800, press ‘#’ to let the system know you are accessing your mailbox, then enter your four-digit extension.
2. Enter your mailbox password/security code.
3. The system will prompt you to now enter a new mailbox password/security code with length from 4-15 digits.
4. Confirm your new mailbox password/security code.
5. Record your personal name, via the instructions. Press 2 to begin recording, and 2 again to stop recording. Press 5 to save the name.
6. Record a personal greeting. Press 2 to begin recording, and 2 again to stop recording. Press 5 to save the greeting.
7. You are done! Your mailbox is now configured.
