Kenneth has over 12 years of technical experience in PC hardware and software support. He has been involved in several major network infrastructure projects at AU. Since the early 2000s, Kenneth has played a major role in upgrading, configuring, and installing all of the EagleNet network electronics and the associated hardware in university buildings. In 2002, Kenneth was the primary technician assisting in the installation of the university wireless network. He was involved in the testing, configuration, and customer feedback phases of the project. To further enhance the voice coverage at AU campus, Kenneth has worked closely with Sprint/Nextel to install additional equipments to enhance the signal coverage at all AU buildings. Today, he continues to work in upgrading, enhancing, and improving the stability of the wired and wireless network infrastructure at the university.
