In her role, Linda promotes the Career Center through the website, email, and social media. She enjoys supporting and getting to know students, connecting with her American University colleagues, and brainstorming new ways to get out the word about Career Center services. As a former employee of Bender Library and avid reader, she will also show you how to find and request books.
Linda was an organizing member of the AU Academic Affairs union and continues to organize for AU to be the best it can be for students and staff.
Other jobs Linda has held include, but are not limited to: volunteer coordinator, Peace Corps health volunteer, Airbnb payments specialist, podcast producer, and freelance writer and photographer.
