- Shane Hickey is the Interlibrary Services Coordinator, managing resource sharing operations at the American University Library. In this role, Shane oversees the fulfillment of faculty, student, and staff requests via the Consortium Loan Service, Interlibrary Loan, and Document Delivery. In addition to facilitating the exchange of materials between libraries, Shane serves on the Library's marketing team and collection assessment working group.
