AV provides training, delivery, set-up and pick-up of audio, video, projection, public address, and recording equipment for classes and university sponsored-events. Learn more about what AV services we offer.
Please place your AV Service Requests at least 24 hours in advance. Submit weekend requests no later than Thursday afternoon at 5. When placing an AV Service Request, please have the following information available:
- Beginning and ending times of your class or event
- Building and room number
- Equipment needed
- Name and telephone number of professor or contact person
- Please include an AU email address if you are requesting digital audio recording of an event.
If you need AV equipment for every class meeting, you may place a standing order for the semester by providing the dates and the beginning and ending times of your class, along with the course number.
