Yoga (1) Through yoga exercise designed for all levels, participants increase flexibility, balance, and strength. Combining physical activity and lectures, students learn breathing and relaxation techniques, proper alignment, stress reduction, and how to heighten physical and mental awareness. Usually Offered: fall and spring. Note: yoga mat required.
