Law and Social Sciences (3) Historical and contemporary literature in law and the social sciences. Critical assessment of major research endeavors conducted by lawyers and social scientists, including plea bargaining, conflict resolution, the jury system, the legal profession, law and the mass media, and the function of law and public opinion in different societies.
