Career Management 1: First Year Foundations and Internship Search (0) This course helps students develop clarity around their long-term career goals through extensive self-assessment and industry research, including KSB industry days and local/national career fairs. Students are equipped with a toolkit (personal pitch, targeted resumes/cover letters, interview content, networking plan, etc.) to execute a successful outreach campaign emphasizing personal brand for their internship searches. Repeatable for credit. Grading: Pass/Fail only. Restriction: Business Administration (MBA): Full-time. Note: Taken in the fall and spring semesters of the first year of the MBA program.
