Industrial/Organizational Psychology (3) Application of psychological principles to the field of work. Includes selection, training, evaluation, leadership, motivation, decision making, job attitudes and satisfaction, organizational structure and theory, and human factors. Crosslist: PSYC-614. Usually Offered: fall. Prerequisite: two psychology courses and one statistics course.
