Topics vary by section; may be repeated with different topic. Participation in this program sequence is designed to improve the practical skills that top-level executives use on their jobs. Among the modules available are computer literacy for executives; executive speaking; effective writing; and executive health and fitness. May be taken pass/fail only.

Students have a session with an executive coach to review the survey results of the Emotional and Social Competency Inventory (ESCI), a 360 tool which measures behaviors that contribute to socially and emotionally effective performance. The ESCI feedback report shows how others, including manager(s), direct reports, peers, etc., experience the student's behavior in terms of the consistency with which he/she demonstrates the 12 emotional and social intelligence competencies. Open only to OIG students.
