Topics include asking the right questions of data, constructing Logical Frameworks (logframes) and Statements of Work (SOW) for performance and impact evaluation, conducting t-tests, analysis of variance (ANOVA), analysis of covariance (ANCOVA), matching, differences in differences, regression discontinuity in program evaluation, and disseminating findings.
