SPEX-660 Evaluation Sciences (3)

Course Level: Graduate

Evaluation Sciences (3) Explores quantitative and qualitative tools and methods for evaluating, presenting, and communicating data. Topics include asking the right questions of data, constructing Logical Frameworks (logframes) and Statements of Work (SOW) for performance and impact evaluation, conducting t-tests, analysis of variance (ANOVA), analysis of covariance (ANCOVA), matching, differences in differences, regression discontinuity in program evaluation, and disseminating findings. Grading: A-F only.
