Entertainment Marketing (3) This course provides an overall understanding of marketing concepts and applications as they pertain to the entertainment industry, with an emphasis on the music industry. Students explore marketing issues related to entertainment culture, especially the increasing merging of marketing and entertainment. Students apply marketing principles and theories to the entertainment industry, improve research skills by studying consumers and marketers of entertainment for making strategic marketing decisions, and develop integrated marketing communications and media plans, including social media and digital channels.

Students learn to identify and understand the basic elements of effective luxury marketing.
