Introduction to 3D Modeling
This course expands students' knowledge of 3D art by introducing
character modeling, animation, and texturing techniques.
Students engage the 3D character production pipeline--including
modeling, texturing, sculpting, rigging, and animation--to
produce characters for a series of short animation projects. The
course also focuses on the principles of animation to create
industry-level 3D game and cartoon compositions. Meets with

This course utilizes digital art tools used by professionals in
a series of interactive and game projects. Students explore
digital art tools and methods for interactive projects. The
course takes a design-thinking outlook on learning interactive
art tools, utilizing iterative project cycles and critique as
