Total Body Conditioning A high intensity Muay Thai and mixed martial arts (MMA) based conditioning class, which focuses primarily on the physical conditioning and striking applicable in Muay Thai, MMA, and self-defense. Students spend class time learning basic striking and defensive techniques, striking pads, clinching drills, takedowns, grappling techniques, and sparring. Students must provide their own boxing gloves, hand wraps, mouth guard, and shin guards.

Volleyball This course teaches volleyball skills, game performance, and the joy of the sport. The goal of volleyball is to perform each skill with proper technique and to direct the volleyball to the intended target. The course focuses on the continuation of skill development as well as providing an arena to play the sport. In this activity class students execute each type of skill.

Meets on the Bender Arena court and at the varsity soccer practice field at 45th St. & Mass Ave. Soccer This course is an individual, as well as team coordinated approach to assisting students in understanding the game of soccer as a means of maintaining or improving higher levels of fitness. While developing the individual skills and team play necessary to participate in this sport, students receive valuable fitness benefits such as improved cardiovascular health, flexibility, balance, and coordination which aid in keeping a healthy lifestyle.
