Graduates of the International Economic Relations program concentrate in many different topics, and continue on to rewarding careers in various sectors. The School of International Service also ranks among the top universities for placement of graduates in competitive fellowship programs, including the Boren and Fulbright Awards. David Parker, IER '13, is a Research Associate with the Simon Chair in Political Economy at the Center for Strategic and International Studies (CSIS), where he began as an intern while still a student. Previously, he worked as a teaching and research assistant at SIS and held a variety of student leadership positions.
