Erich Dietrich

  • Erich J. Dietrich (PhD, American University) is a healthcare administrator in the U.S. Navy and has served on active duty for 18 years. He is currently the assistant director for personnel policy, plans and special incentives at Navy Medicine Headquarters in Falls Church, VA. Dr. Dietrich has extensive experience in human capital management and hospital administration. In addition to his managerial, analytical and leadership positions, Dr. Dietrich has over 10 years of clinical healthcare experience. Dr. Dietrich's doctoral training is in public administration and public policy and research areas of interest include health policy, human resources, and employee motivation. Dr. Dietrich is a member of the American College of Healthcare Executives and Association for Public Policy Analysis and Management.
