Georgetown University press is scheduled to publish a second edition of David Rosenbloom's Federal Service and Constitution, originally his Ph.D. dissertation at Chicago and first published by Cornell University Press in 1971.

The eighth edition of his book, Public Administration: Understanding Management, Politics, and Law in the Public Sector (1986; McGraw Hill) is in page proofs for publication this year. The book is used as a core text in MPA programs throughout the United States, China and several other countries.
