- Senior Professorial Lecturer Dr. Antonio Ellis had a scholarship named in his honor by the Alpha Charitable and Scholarship Foundation of Montgomery County, MD, established by the Alpha Phi Alpha Fraternity, the first intercollegiate Greek-letter fraternity established for African American men. The Dr. Antonio L. Ellis Diverse Abilities Scholarship will award $1,000 annually to a high school senior with a disability to attend a 2-year trade school or a 4-year university. [December 18, 2023]
