For a list of merchants open currently, please see our Dining locations and hours. We will continue to provide dining services updates on a regular basis.

Spring 2024 Dining Calendar

January 2 – 13, 2024

Select Dining Locations open during Winter Break: Subway and Eagles Express

January 14, 2024

Full Meal Plans (Meal Swipes and Dining Dollars) activated by 7 a.m.; 
Dining Locations Open: TDR opens at noon, Subway, Qdoba, Eagles Express, Starbucks

January 15

Dining Locations Open: TDR, Subway, Qdoba, Eagles Express, Starbucks

January 16

First day of Classes – All Dining Locations Open: TDR, Panera, District Pickle, True Burger, Halal Shack, Hissho Sushi, Baba’s Pizza, Eagles Express, Starbucks, Subway, Qdoba, East Campus Market, Freshens. Please note, due to inclement weather, staffing and menus might be limited. 

January 31

Last day to change Spring Meal Plan

February 6

Fall Dining Dollars Balances Available

March 10 -16

Spring Break - Select Dining Locations open during Spring Break: Subway, Eagles Express, Qdoba

March 17

Select Dining Locations reopen following Spring Break: Subway, Eagles Express, TDR opens at noon, Qdoba

April 8

TDR Renovations tentative start. TDR will move to a temporary location unit May 8th.

April 29 – May 8

Donate Dining Dollars to Eagles Helping Eagles (maximum donation is $75.00 and/or up to five Guest Meals)

May 8

Spring Dining Program Ends – TDR Dining Hall will close at 2:00 pm – All dining venues close at 6:00 pm

May 10 - 12

Commencement Weekend Activities (WCL excluded), Open Dining Locations TBD

Meal Plan Refund Schedule

Students are eligible for a full reimbursement of the meal plan, excluding any Dining Dollars used, by close of business on the last Sunday of the first week of classes each semester (“Change/Cancellation Period”). If students cancel the meal plan after the Change/Cancellation period, they may receive a partial refund of their meal plan per the refund schedule below. All meal plan cancellation requests can be submitted through the Meal Plan portal.
