Cindy Jacobs has been supporting students in higher education since 2017. Previously, she worked in financial services and early childhood education. She has served as Associate Director at Johns Hopkins Carey Business School as MBA Career Coach while managing Technology employer relations. She also led the Path2Success career program, designed for international students for a leading international student loan provider. As a former international student herself, she has in-depth understanding and deep passion for international student experience and career development.
Her combined background in career coaching, academic advising, corporate partnership and the private sector informs her work in career engagement and employer relations.
At Kogod's Office of Career Engagement, she currently oversees employer engagement in four career pathways: Accounting & Taxation, Finance & Real Estate, Sustainability and Analytics.
