Bio
Michelle grew up in Virginia spending her childhood years in Virginia Beach and her teenage years in Vienna. She graduated with a BA in graphic design from Virginia Tech. Michelle began her career as a graphic designer for a publishing company in Washington DC. Being the only Mac user at that company gave her substantial technical experience and a love for computers that would eventually lead her to her current position at American University. She is an Apple Certified Support Professional and has lost track of all of the Macs she’s encountered over her 20 years at AU.
