- Wallis Romzek is a PhD student in the Department of Public Administration and Policy. Her research interests include the economic, social, and administrative implications of smart city initiatives, particularly in addressing questions of equity and efficiency. She is also interested in broadband deployment and issues of data access, storage, and privacy. Wallis holds an MBA and MS from the University of Massachusetts, Amherst, and an MPP from American University.
