Conference Tracks & Panels:

The conference will have three separate tracks: Security and Human Rights, Global Issues in Human Rights and Human Rights in the US.  These tracks include discussions by government, academic and civil society experts on the topics listed.

In addition, there is a fourth track, Hands On Human Rights: Tools for Advocacy that will include presentations on innovative and practical approaches to human rights advocacy.

**Participants are welcome to attend any panel in any track.**
