Bio
Daryn Cambridge is an educational creative, producer and facilitator who has cultivated his career in the fields of peacebuilding, international education, nonviolent action, civics education and engagement, and community organizing.

He works at Training Resources Group, Inc. as an organizational development and training consultant. In that capacity he has supported several clients including: USAID/Center for Education, USAID/Conflict Management and Mitigation Office, UF Forest Service International Programs, the World Bank Group, National Institutes of Health, and the North American Association for Environmental Educators.

Prior to joining TRG, Daryn worked for a number of organizations. From 2013-2018, at the United States Institute of Peace, he helped build and launch USIP’s Global Campus – an online learning platform designed to teach and learn critical peacebuilding skills. He also created, produced, and hosted the Peace Frequency, a 63 episode podcast series that taps into the stories of people across the globe who are making peace possible and finding ways to create a world without violence.

From 2009-2013, at the the International Center on Nonviolent Conflict, he designed and facilitated workshops, trainings, and courses on nonviolent civil resistance for activists, journalists, and scholars from across the globe and he helped launch their academic webinar series. He facilitated trainings in Belize, Mexico, Spain, the Philippines, Cambodia and throughout the United States.

In 2008, Daryn began teaching as an adjunct professor at American University, where he has taught courses on Peace Education, Education for International Development, and a skills institute on Nonviolent Action. He also served for two years as Peace Educator in Residence, helping build AU’s profile as an institute committed to advancing peace education.
