Narcan Training

Narcan (the brand name for naloxone), is a life-saving medication that can quickly restore the breathing of a person who has overdosed on heroin or prescription opioid pain medication like oxycodone or fentanyl.

This training will teach participants how to recognize the signs of an opioid overdose, administer the opioid overdose reversal drug, and care for the individual until emergency services arrive. Individuals who complete the session will receive a Narcan kit.
