Beth Frank is an adjunct professor at WCL teaching Sex-Based Discrimination. She has served as a trial attorney in the Housing and Civil Enforcement Section of the Civil Rights Division of the U.S. Department of Justice since 2010. In the Civil Rights Division, Beth Frank has litigated cases, including sexual harassment in housing cases, under the Fair Housing Act, the Americans with Disabilities Act, Title II of the Civil Rights Act of 1964 and the Housing and Community Development Act. From June 2018 to December 2018, Beth Frank served as Senior Attorney Adviser to EEOC Commissioner Chai Feldblum, a position where she focused on matters relating to workplace harassment, gender discrimination and equal pay.

Prior to joining the Civil Rights Division, Beth Frank spent three years as an Assistant Attorney General in the Civil Rights Bureau of the New York State Attorney General’s Office where she focused on the rights of women and of individuals with disabilities under the Americans with Disabilities Act, Title VII and the Fair Housing Act. She also spent five years as a litigation associate at Paul, Weiss, Rifkind, Wharton & Garrison LLP, where she focused her practice on employment discrimination defense. Beth Frank graduated from Washington University in St. Louis School of Law and received her B.A. in Women’s Studies and Psychology, from the University of Michigan.
