CAS Alumni visit Ellis Island

CAS Alumni attended “The Hidden Side of Ellis Island: How Families Fates were Determined”

Welcome to the College of Arts and Sciences Alumni Web site—your resource for staying connected to CAS and AU. As the Dean of the College of Arts and Sciences and a long-time member of the AU community, I have the ongoing pleasure of watching our university change and grow. Not only are there visible signs of growth, but we continue to reconnect our alumni and benefactors in order to strengthen our endowments which fund scholarships and academic programs across our departments. All of these endeavors unite and support the efforts of CAS's outstanding faculty, staff, and students.

Over the last few years, I have been given the opportunity to meet with many of our alumni and hear about the exciting things they have accomplished since their years here at CAS. I look forward to increasing my time visiting with you, our alumni, hearing your news, and sharing with you the latest achievements of our faculty and our goals for CAS and its individual departments. You, our alumni, are our most important asset as we move forward. You can provide our students and faculty with outstanding resources and, if you let us, CAS can do the same for you!

I do hope that you will take advantage of this site and get involved with our efforts!
