Starting April 1, 2024, we're saying goodbye to AsuccessfulU’s learning platform and welcoming Workday as our new centralized learning hub. AU Staff and Faculty will no longer enroll in courses in AsuccessfulU. Instead, register in Workday for all required classes and professional development content.

Workday offers easy-to-use functionality and resources to support your career advancement and skill enhancement goals. With Workday, everything you need for your learning and development is in one place.

• User-Friendly Interface: Workday’s intuitive and user-friendly interface makes it easy for you to navigate and access learning materials at your convenience.
• Personalized Learning Paths: Tailored learning paths help you chart your professional development journey based on your interests.
• Diverse Content Library: All of our regular courses and e-learning will be available, along with a substantial library from the Linkedin Learning platform. Now you can explore a diverse range of topics tailored to your role and passions.

To get started in this exciting world of learning, log in to your Workday account, head over to the Learning app (don't forget to add it to your menu if you haven't already), or type in "Browse Learning Content" in the search bar. You can find additional job aids and instructional videos on the Workday Service Portal.

Please note that certain data about ongoing courses will migrate to Workday, but not your entire learning history. However, you can contact hrpayrollhelp@american.edu and request that we download your learning history. Contingent workers do not have access to Workday Learning.
