Bio
Abby Wolfe joined the AU Wellness Center in August 2016. Originally from southeastern Pennsylvania, she came to DC in the fall of 2007 to attend The George Washington University, where she earned both her bachelor’s and master’s degrees. After graduating with her MPH, she spent a few years working in population health and employee wellness. Abby is passionate about helping others live happy and healthy lives and has specific interests in physical activity, sleep, mental health, and how all behaviors interact to affect overall wellness. When she’s not hanging out in the wellness center, she loves to play soccer and field hockey, find ways to volunteer with animal rescue organizations, and work on her side gig—freelance writing.
