Taylor Wellman

Taylor Novak Wellman is a doctoral student in the Department of Public Administration and Policy at AU.  Her research interests include K-12 education, environmental impacts on decisions to pursue higher education, and how constitutional criminal procedure informs community and police relationships.  Taylor is a barred attorney in Maryland and holds a J.D. from the University of Baltimore School of Law and B.A. from Virginia Tech.
