I'm reaching out to share important updates regarding the university's budget and the main source of our funds—tuition. Our common goal is to ensure that we keep our students engaged and help them succeed in their educational journey. We also take immense pride in our graduate programs and want to make sure our students have access to these excellent opportunities.

First, I would like to provide you with a link to one of the Community Budget Forums that Bronté and I conducted a couple weeks ago. The information presented in these forums is designed to help you better understand our budget and the process behind it. We encourage open conversations about the budget and its implications for our university. 

Additionally, we discussed the significant impact of student retention rates and graduate enrollments on our budget. To address these concerns, we created a brief PowerPoint presentation highlighting ways in which each one of us can contribute to improving these areas. We understand that this requires collective effort from our entire community, and this presentation outlines practical steps we can all take.
