For questions about our maliing address, maximum package size, and normal package pickup hours, please refer to our general mailing information page. 

Question: What is the first day when Mail Services will receive packages for Fall 2024 move in?

Answer: August 14, 2024. If you are away for the summer or coming to AU for the first time in fall 2024, please don't send packages before this date. 

Question: Will all packages be picked up in the Mail Services area during move in?

We will have additional satellite areas for package pick up during move in. The location of the package will be in the routing notes received in your package alert.

Question: What dates will Satellite Mail Services operate, and where will they be located?

August 17 – August 25, 2024 
10 a.m. - 6:30 p.m.

  • Saturday, August 17th, 10 a.m. - 3 p.m.
  • Sunday, August 18th, 10 a.m. - 3 p.m.
  • Monday, August 19th, 10 a.m. - 6:30 p.m.
  • Tuesday, August 20th, 10 a.m. - 6:30 p.m.
  • Wednesday, August, 21st 10 a.m. - 6:30 p.m.
  • Thursday, August 22nd, 10 a.m. - 6:30 p.m.
  • Friday, August 23rd, 10 a.m. - 6:30 p.m.
  • Saturday, August 24th, 10 a.m. - 2 p.m.
  • Sunday, August 25th, 10 a.m. - 2 p.m.
