Bio
David Goode-Cross is the Assistant Director for Training in the Counseling Center. Prior to joining AU in July 2016, Dr. Goode-Cross worked in a number of training-related appointments, including serving as the training director for a community health center in Baltimore and being on faculty at West Virginia University and the University of Baltimore. Dr. Goode-Cross has written about the experiences of African Americans in higher education and training context, and in addition to his own scholarship has served on the editorial boards of the Journal of Black Psychology and the Psychology of Men and Masculinity. Dr. Goode-Cross is licensed as a psychologist in Maryland, Virginia, and the District of Columbia.
